This policy describes how Digital Spark Agency handles the personal data you give us through this website. We collect nothing beyond what you type into the forms yourself.

What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name and your email address, plus your company and phone number if you choose to provide them, along with the content of your message. If you sign up for the newsletter we collect only your email address.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to answer your enquiry and potentially begin working together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to reply to you (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), and for the newsletter your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
Who has access
Messages are sent as email through our data processor Resend (Resend Inc., USA) and land in our own inbox. The website is hosted by Vercel. We never sell your data and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors named here.
Retention
We do not store your details in a database on this website. Your message exists only as an email in our inbox, and is deleted once the correspondence is no longer relevant, typically no later than two years after our last contact.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. We use neither advertising nor tracking cookies, and we embed no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google. That is also why you see no cookie banner.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site. It is cookie-free, does not track you across websites and builds no profile of you.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to the processing, and to data portability. Email info@digitalspark-agency.dk and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby (datatilsynet.dk).
